AutoSpend ("we", "our", or "the app") is a car expense and maintenance tracking application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Data Storage

All data you enter in AutoSpend is stored locally on your device. This includes:

Vehicle information (name, fuel type, currency)
Expense records (fuel, maintenance, repairs, etc.)
Service reminders
App settings and preferences

We do not have access to this data. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

Data Collection

AutoSpend does not collect:

Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Location data
Device identifiers
Usage analytics or crash reports
Any other personal data

No Account Required

AutoSpend works entirely offline. You do not need to create an account or sign in to use the app.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

AutoSpend offers an optional subscription to unlock premium features (AutoSpend Pro). Key subscription terms:

Payment: Subscriptions are billed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment information.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Manage Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play).
Free Trial: If offered, the free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google, not through us.

Data Export

The app allows you to export your expense data to CSV format. This exported file is created locally and shared using your device's native sharing functionality. We do not have access to exported files.

Third-Party Services

AutoSpend does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

AutoSpend does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app does not require any personal information to function.
